Role Description The Immigration Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ameerpet. The consultant will engage with prospective students and migrants, conduct initial consultations, understand their educational and immigration goals, and recommend suitable countries, institutions, and visa options.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, explaining service offerings and processes, following up with leads, and converting prospects into enrolled clients. The role involves coordinating documentation, supporting visa application processes in collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other tracking systems.



The consultant will also participate in outreach activities, build relationships with partner institutions, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring ethical, compliant advice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead management, consultative selling, and conversion of inquiries into enrollments.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex immigration and education processes simply.
- Candidates should possess counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student profiles, recommend suitable courses and destinations, and provide realistic guidance.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including document handling, data entry, appointment scheduling, and basic CRM or MS Office proficiency.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, overseas education counseling, or related sales roles is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, commerce, humanities, or a related field, is desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ameerpet, flexibility to handle peak-season workloads, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory advisory practices are expected.
