Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Consultant to join a premium developer. The ideal candidate should have experience in marble / building materials sales and advertising, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to generate leads, build relationships and convert enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels.
- Handle enquiries and understand customer requirements related to marble and premium projects.
- Present products, project offerings and advertising solutions effectively to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors and other business partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare quotations,



negotiate with clients and support order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and pending orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and client interactions.
- Support branding and advertising initiatives to increase project/product visibility.
