We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage client communication, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities and client requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client queries. Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding products/services and payments. Maintain and regularly update client and sales databases.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and sales-related documents. Track leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify potential upselling opportunities. Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share updates with management.
Resolve basic client issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution. Send offers/quotations to customers through email and follow up for confirmation. Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI) as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for pricing, payment terms, and order details. Follow up with customers for PO/payment confirmation after sending the offer/PI. Update offer, PI, and customer follow-up status in the CRM.
