- Generate and follow up with B2B leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, Google, IndiaMART, directories, and other business platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable company products.
- Communicate with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and other business buyers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate sample requirements.
- Follow up with prospects until conversion.
- Maintain proper records of every lead and customer interaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Experience: 1–3 years in business operations, sales, business development, customer coordination, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relevant field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and sales activities.




- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Should be comfortable working in a growing and quick-paced business environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
