Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing and monitoring the sales team, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, developing new customers, maintaining key client relationships, and improving overall sales performance.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and team-management skills.

:

- Oversee and manage the overall sales function of the company.
- Lead and monitor the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Develop current customers, projects, dealers, architects, builders, and business opportunities.
- Monitor enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, conversions,



and orders.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Handle key customers and major project negotiations.
- Analyse sales performance and report to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and support overall business development.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in team management and target achievement.
- Experience in architectural products, glass, aluminium, construction, or building materials is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
