The Role

As a Sales & Business Development Executive , you’ll be one of the key people helping Flyeronic grow.

You’ll be responsible for finding recent business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting them into long-term clients.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas to the table, solve problems, and work as a team member rather than just an employee.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, messages, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable Flyeronic services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
- Work closely with the team for smooth client onboarding and execution.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and responsibilities.
- Share ideas and actively contribute to the growth of Flyeronic.

Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with good communication and convincing skills .
- A proactive person who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Someone who is comfortable talking to new people and building relationships.
- A target-oriented person with a genuine interest in sales and business growth.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
