About the Role

AEBOCODE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Professional to drive the adoption of our Firefighting Drone Solutions across government, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional markets.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, coordinating product demonstrations, and managing the sales process from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for firefighting drone solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, direct outreach, references, and industry connections.
- Develop relationships with government departments, fire services, PSUs, industries, infrastructure companies, and institutional clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable drone-based firefighting solutions.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and field trials with the technical and drone operations teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and order closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify new applications and market opportunities for firefighting drones.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in drones, defence, firefighting equipment, industrial products, robotics, technology solutions, or government sales will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions.
- Strong lead-generation and networking capabilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to independently manage customer relationships and sales opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Preferred Experience Candidates having an established network or experience working with government departments, fire departments, PSUs, defence, industrial organizations, infrastructure companies, or institutional buyers will have an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, industry knowledge, existing client network, sales capabilities, and overall suitability for the role.

Candidates with strong relevant experience and proven business-development capabilities may be offered a higher compensation package.
