About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at STRN AGRICULTURE A TO Z SOLUTION. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our core agricultural products, including Cocopeat, Copparai (Dried Coconut), and Charcoal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Sales: Explain the quality, benefits, and pricing of Cocopeat, Copparai, and Charcoal to walk-in customers, or leads received via phone and online channels.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential buyers such as agricultural dealers, nurseries, farm owners, and industrial buyers to pitch our products.
- Order Management: Handle customer inquiries, process orders accurately,



and coordinate with the team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Target Achievement: Work actively to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: 12th, or Any Graduate (Candidates with a background in Agriculture or Business are welcome).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills and experienced sales professionals are both welcome to apply).
- Skills: Excellent communication, convincing skills, and a confident personality.
- Language: Tamil, (Knowledge of English is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
