Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.

· Strong knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, and current market trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

· Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and potential franchise partners, through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.

· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations (both in-person and virtually) to effectively showcase our jewelry collections, highlighting features and value propositions.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close deals.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

· Attend industry events, trade shows,



and exhibitions to network, build relationships, and increase brand visibility.

Marketing & Strategy:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies and develop promotional materials.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and current opportunities.

Gather and report market feedback to the design and production teams to inform future product development and customized orders.
