Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Staffing to drive client acquisition, GCC business development, and staffing revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT staffing solutions, enterprise client acquisition, contract staffing, and permanent staffing.

The candidate will be responsible for building strategic client relationships, identifying recent business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and expanding staffing partnerships with GCCs and enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing solutions, including GCCs, enterprise clients, and technology organizations.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and Procurement teams.
Drive business development activities for:
Contract Staffing
Permanent Staffing




Workforce Solutions
RPO / Recruitment Solutions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
Identify GCC expansion opportunities and establish long-term staffing partnerships.
Lead client discussions, negotiations, commercials, rate cards, and vendor onboarding processes.
Understand client hiring requirements and collaborate with internal recruitment teams for successful delivery.
Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and account growth.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and client engagement reports.

Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT Staffing or Recruitment industry.
Strong experience in acquiring recent clients and generating staffing business.
Proven experience in Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing solutions.
