Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara. This position supports the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining up-to-date records of leads and opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetings and follow-ups, assisting with presentations, and ensuring timely responses to prospects across phone, email, and digital channels.

The Sales

Assistant collaborates closely with account managers and marketing staff to understand service offerings, track campaign performance, and help convert leads into long-term clients.



The role also involves basic administrative support, updating CRM entries, and contributing to a smooth, organized sales process.

- Ability to learn quickly about agency services and the advertising/branding domain, with a proactive and detail-oriented work style.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and CRM or sales software; prior experience in advertising, marketing, or agency environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
