We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Service Engineer to support our sales operations and provide technical service assistance. Freshers are encouraged to apply. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, product demonstrations, and after-sales support. Candidates should be willing to travel pan India and possess a valid driving license with a bike preferred for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and product promotion.

- Provide basic technical service and support to customers

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently

- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients

- Prepare daily visit reports and update sales/service records





- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service resolution

- Travel pan India to customer sites as required

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma Engineer / ITI / B.Sc / BBA (Any relevant stream)

- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or field experience is a plus

- Willingness to travel for local field visits

- Bike with valid driving license preferred

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
