Job Summary

Future Agri & Foods Private Limited is looking for a Sales Assistant – Export & International Business to support our growing international sales operations.

The candidate will work closely with the sales and management team to communicate with international B2B customers, follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations and sales documents, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in managing B2B international sales enquiries

Communicate with existing and prospective customers through email, phone and other business communication channels

Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices and sales offers

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, samples and orders

Maintain accurate records of customers, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups

Coordinate with production, quality, certification, logistics and management teams

Assist in tracking export orders and providing timely updates to customers

Prepare product information, specifications and presentations for customers

Support lead generation and identification of potential international buyers

Conduct basic market and customer research for export markets

Maintain professional and timely email communication with overseas customers





Assist with export documentation and other sales-related administrative activities

Ensure regular follow-up with customers until enquiries are converted into orders

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in BBA, MBA, International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Food Technology, Agriculture or a related field

Excellent English communication and email-writing skills

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Good interpersonal and communication abilities

Ability to work with multiple customers and enquiries simultaneously

Willingness to learn about international trade and export procedures

Candidates with knowledge of export sales, international business, food ingredients or agro commodities will be preferred

Experience

0–3 years of experience in sales, export sales, business development, sales coordination or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
