Position: Sales & Operations Executive (Only Female Candidates)

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Exp. 1 to 6 Yrs. in sales & operations from Financial Services industry

Education: Graduate

Language: Must know Kannada

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:-

- Acquire recent customers and build strong client relationships.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products such as Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income products, and other investment solutions.
- Generate business through branch walk-ins, referrals, and leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Operations:

- Handle customer onboarding, account opening, and KYC documentation.
- Process customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational activities.
- Maintain branch records and ensure adherence to compliance and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Financial Services, BFSI, or Branch Operations.
- Female candidates only.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer handling.
