? WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to join our garment business and help us expand our customer base and online presence.

? Key Responsibilities:• Promote and market our garment products to current and existing customers

- Generate new B2B/B2C leads through online and offline marketing
- Identify and approach potential buyers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors and businesses
- Manage and maintain our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and product promotions
- Create/manage engaging product content, posts, reels and promotional material
- Handle enquiries and follow up with potential leads
- Explore new marketing channels and opportunities for business growth
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business targets





? Requirements:• Experience in Garment/Textile/Fashion Industry will be preferred

- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to generate leads independently

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results

• Creative, proactive and willing to take initiative

• Freshers with strong marketing skills and the right attitude may also apply
