Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at PlusCash is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves driving customer acquisition and engagement across PlusCash’s ecosystem through targeted sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

The specialist will identify and nurture leads, conduct product presentations and demos, and provide ongoing customer support to enhance satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to refine messaging, gathering market insights,



and contributing to training and enablement materials for sales activities. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, optimizing outreach strategies, and representing PlusCash at events or partner engagements as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate new business, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, product education, and sales enablement activities.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze market trends, use CRM tools, and work with data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
