Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in B2B Sales & Business Development within the Manufacturing Industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing markets, managing key clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new B2B business and acquire new customers.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
- Handle key accounts, negotiations, quotations and deal closures.
- Develop business with OEMs, industrial clients, distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Operations and Management teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business development plans.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales,



Marketing & Business Development.
- MANDATORY: Strong experience in the Manufacturing Industry. AND Plastic manufacturing most preferable
- Candidates from Packaging, Printing, Plastic, Engineering, Industrial Products, FMCG/Pharma Packaging or other Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Robust B2B / Industrial Sales experience is essential.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Experience handling corporate clients, OEMs and industrial customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Should be able to independently handle sales and business development activities.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate will be preferred.
