Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of Paytimate Technologies by assisting in lead generation, outreach, and promotional activities for the Paytimate platform and related services. Daily tasks include researching potential clients, supporting sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The intern will help create and distribute marketing materials, participate in virtual or on-site training and demos,



and coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and feedback. This is a remote, unpaid internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) awarded based on performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing clients.
- Foundational Sales abilities, including lead follow-up and relationship-building, with interest in Sales Management.
- Capacity to assist in Training activities such as product demos and user onboarding sessions.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time autonomously, and collaborate smoothly in a distributed team.
- Interest in technology, SaaS products, and AI-driven platforms; prior internship experience is an advantage.
