About Accelancy
Accelancy is an IT and AI-products firm building B2B SaaS solutions for the US market. Our current focus is V Forms, an AI-powered platform that helps US architecture and engineering (A/E) firms prepare federal qualification submissions (SF330, SF254, SF255) in a fraction of the time and cost of legacy tools — combining domain-specific workflows with AI to solve a problem incumbents have priced out of reach for smaller firms. We're an early-stage, founder-led team, so this role comes with real ownership from day one, not busywork.
About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help drive go-to-market execution for V Forms in the US market. This is a hands-on, outward-facing role — you'll be talking to prospects at A/E firms, running outreach, and coordinating marketing initiatives directly with the founder, not sitting behind a content calendar. Because our customers are US-based, this role requires comfort working US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Demo calls: Join and, over time, independently run V Forms demo calls with US-based A/E firm prospects; take notes, log outcomes, and follow up.
- Outreach: Execute cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads among AEC firms pursuing federal contracts; manage sequences and follow-up cadences.
- Coordination: Coordinate marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and events — keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders aligned.
- Pipeline hygiene: Maintain accurate records in the CRM/lead tracker; report on outreach volume, response rates, and demo conversion.
- Content support: Assist with one-pagers, email copy, case studies, and social content as needed.
- Market intelligence: Track competitor positioning, pricing, and messaging in the target market; surface relevant insights.
- Webinar/event support: Help schedule, promote, and follow up on demos, webinars, or association events.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication — you'll be speaking directly with US prospects.
- Comfortable working US business hours (EST/PST overlap); this is non-negotiable for the role.
- Some prior exposure to marketing, sales, or B2B SaaS — internships, coursework, personal projects, or freelance work all count.
- Organized and able to manage multiple outreach threads and follow-ups without things slipping.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration — this is an early-stage environment, not a structured corporate marketing team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory if experience compensates).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with outreach/CRM tools (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, AEC, or professional-services marketing.
- Familiarity with federal contracting concepts (SF330, SAM.gov) is a strong plus, though not required.
- Copywriting samples or a portfolio of past outreach/content work.
What you will gain
- Direct mentorship from the founder and hands-on exposure to real GTM decisions.
- Ownership of live campaigns and prospect conversations from week one — not shadow work.
- Internship certificate and letter of recommendation on successful completion.
- Potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
