Capspedia is looking for full time Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Jaipur and Gurgaon.
This is a hands-on role. You won't be fetching coffee or watching from the sidelines — you'll be talking to real prospects, running real campaigns, and seeing your work show up in our numbers.
What you'll do
- Support outreach and lead generation across channels
- Help plan and run marketing campaigns (social, email, content)
- Research the market, our competitors, and our customers
- Track performance and share what's working and what isn't
- Sit in on sales conversations and learn the craft from the ground up
Who we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Interested in building a career in sales or marketing
- Students in their final year or recent graduates welcome
What you get

- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Full-time offer at the end of the internship, based on performance

⏳ Duration: 6 months, full-time
