- 20 positions across Chennai.:

- Identify and acquire current clients through local networking, cold visits, referrals, and direct meetings.

- Plan daily travel routes to efficiently cover the assigned geographical territory.

- Conduct regular field visits to meet contractors, site engineers, builders, and retail hardware shops.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and upgrades.

- Identify upcoming construction projects and develop new sales opportunities.

- Onboard new channel partners and dealers.

- Record daily client interactions in PRX and Workall software.

- Share market feedback and customer insights with managers.

- Follow up on pending invoices and ensure timely payment collections.

- Monitor competitor pricing and track trends in the construction and steel sector.





- Clearly communicate product value and benefits to customers.

- Handle B2B, B2C, and C2C sales activities.

- Achieve monthly sales targets based on the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of customers, contractors, builders, and dealers.

- Manage customer follow-ups, repeat orders, and payment collections.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and sales activities.

- Provide regular market updates and feedback to the management team.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
