Sales & Marketing Executive — Flourish by Gunjan Jain /n /n Flourish by Gunjan Jain is India's demi-fine jewellery brand, known for rare gemstones, intricate craftsmanship, and global design at a price point that makes exceptional jewellery accessible. As we relaunch the brand and expand into new markets, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive showroom sales and brand visibility from the ground up. /n /n /n Role /n Full-time, on-site — Kolkata Showroom /n Compensation: ₹35,000/month base + performance commission on showroom sales /n You'll be the face of the brand in Kolkata — converting walk-ins and marketing-driven leads into sales, building lasting client relationships, and running the marketing efforts that bring customers through the door. This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role central to the brand's relaunch. /n /n What you'll do /n Sales & Client Relationships /n /n

- Handle in-showroom customer interactions — understand client needs, guide them through the collection, and close sales

/n

- Coordinate with customers pre- and post-purchase: follow-ups, order status, styling advice, and after-sales service

/n

- Build and maintain a client relationship pipeline — repeat buyers, referrals, and high-value clients

/n

- Coordinate with walk-in and online leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion

- Maintain customer records and track sales performance against targets

/n

- Liaise with vendors and collaborators on deals, stock, and showroom needs

/n /n Marketing /n /n

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, supporting the brand relaunch

/n

- Run performance marketing and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations

/n

- Write and produce marketing content and creative materials

/n

- Track campaign performance and refine strategy based on results

/n /n /n What we're looking for /n /n

- 2–6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing; luxury or fashion industry background a robust plus

/n

- Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships, not just generate leads

/n

- Hands-on experience with digital, performance, and influencer marketing

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable both on the showroom floor and behind a campaign

/n

- A well-networked operator who can independently drive deals and collaborations

/n

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

/n

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
