? About the Role

We are looking for confident, motivated and target-oriented Sales / Admission Counsellors to join our team.

The role involves speaking with students, understanding their career goals, explaining our professional diploma program, handling their queries and objections, and ultimately converting interested students into paid admissions.

Our 7-month Diploma Program covers areas including:

Course Fee: ₹55,000

? Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels
- Understand students' career interests and requirements
- Explain the course structure, advantages, career opportunities and fee details
- Counsel students and their parents when required
- Handle objections and follow-ups professionally




- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Build a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process

? What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with students over calls
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working from home
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or EdTech is preferred, but strong freshers can also apply

? Compensation
