We are an Australian food distribution company supplying quality food products to customers across Australia.
We are looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team and manage our existing customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Communicate with Australian customers regarding their orders, requirements and feedback.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up with customers regularly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their requirements.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow existing customer accounts.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information.
- Work independently and manage daily customer follow-ups.
- Customer-related responsibilities may occasionally require attention outside regular working hours due to Australian customer timings.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Ability to communicate professionally with Australian customers.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferrence
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Experience dealing with Australian customers will be an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent spoken English, confidence and a strong willingness to learn.
