Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Safety Officer at Infinite NXT.

The Safety

Officer will develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing potential risks in remote work environments, conducting virtual safety audits, and coordinating occupational health initiatives for team members. The role involves investigating accidents or incidents, preparing reports, and recommending preventive measures.

Officer will also deliver safety training, support security awareness,



and collaborate with leadership and HR to promote a culture of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, with the ability to design and maintain effective safety programs.
- Strong experience in Accident Investigation, including root-cause analysis, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Knowledge of Security practices relevant to digital and remote work environments, with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging Safety Training sessions, both virtually and in person, to diverse teams.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OSHA or equivalent local guidelines).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field; professional certifications in safety or security are an asset.
