? Position: Safety Officer

? Location: Surat,Gujrat

? Qualification: B.Sc. Fire & Safety (ANY BACHELORS ) + ADIS / PDIS MANDATORY (A.I.CT.E APPROVED)

? Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years

? Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry is mandatory*.

? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Develop and implement Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) policies and procedures.

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

✅ Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification.

✅ Monitor and improve safety standards across the steel manufacturing plant.

✅ Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and implement corrective actions.

✅ Conduct safety training, toolbox talks,



and awareness programmes for employees and contract workers.

✅ Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices at the plant.

✅ Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, and mock drills.

✅ Fire emergency equipment Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

✅ Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a safe working environment.

? Candidates with strong Safety / EHS experience in the Industry will be preferred.
