We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards

nReports to: Accountable Manager

nPurpose:

nTo manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.

n

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.

nIdentify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.

n Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety objectives.





nManage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.

n Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.

nConduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).

n Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.

nProvide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.

n* Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.

nCompetency:

n

nRelevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
