Job Description: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition
Position Title: HR Intern
Department: Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct interviews as part of the recruitment process.
Assist in HR functions including:
Employee engagement activities
Performance management support
Training coordination
Compliance activities
Other HR-related operations
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Employment Type: Internship
Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Probation Period: 6 Months
Salary Details:
Basic Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance Based)
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
