We are seeking a senior, experienced leader to own and develop our enterprise ServiceNow platform.



This role is accountable for the strategy, architecture, delivery, operational health and emerging capabilities of the platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise technology and business objectives.

In addition to core platform ownership, this leader will play a critical role in introducing and driving adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist (AI) capabilities, with an initial focus on ITOM and ITSM use cases. The role requires strong technical credibility to responsibly enable AI-driven capabilities in a regulated environment.
