We are seeking an IT Section Leader & Digital Platform Architectto lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise digital platformsthat enable business process transformation, system integration, and AI-driven capabilities.

This role combines people leadership, enterprise architecture, and hands-on digital platform delivery, ensuring the development of modular, scalable, and data-driven solutionsaligned with business needs and enterprise standards.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

1. Digital Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Define and drive the enterprise digital platform strategy, enabling reusable, scalable, and composable solutions
- Architect modular, platform-based solutionsaligned with business and IT strategy
- Establish standards for platform architecture, APIs, integration, and data flows:
2. Business Process Transformation
- Lead the analysis and redesign of business processesto enable digital platform adoption
- Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization initiatives:




- Ensure alignment with enterprise data models, compliance requirements, and operational goals:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement future-state digital processes

3. AI-Enabled Platform Capabilities
- Define and integrate AI/ML/GenAI capabilities into digital platforms:
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows, decision-making, and automation:
- Ensure scalable integration of AI services, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management:
- Promote responsible AI practices and governance

4. Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead requirements gathering and functional analysis activitieswith business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into platform capabilities, system architecture, and data models:
- Drive solution design workshops and architecture reviews:
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to delivered platform features and outcomes
