Responsibilities
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
- Deploy microservices according to the release cadence
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize reliability and performance improvements, and to right-size dedicated cloud resources
- Participate in incident management and response using ServiceNow
- Manage and resolve technical issues and tickets using Jira




- Develop a knowledge base for maintaining existing infrastructure and monitoring services

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or system administration role
- Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Expertise in Linux operating system internals with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system-level problems
- Strong understanding of containerization concepts and tools, including Kubernetes
- Capability to implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
- Experience with incident management and response using ServiceNow or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with debugging complex technical issues
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (preferably Cloud Monitoring)
- Familiarity with version control using GitHub
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher
