Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our facility team in Aligarh. Your primary responsibility will be to preserve the good condition of our premises and ensure that all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues (e.g., lighting, circuit breakers) and plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogged drains).
- Maintain HVAC systems, including cleaning filters and checking thermostats.
- Execute general upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, and minor structural repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fitter trade required.
- Experience: 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical circuits, and civil repairs. Ability to use hand and power tools.
