Job Duties and Responsibilities:* THIS IS A NON-TENURE TRACK POSITION- POSITION IS PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN SAN JUAN COUNTY, NM -
- Provide leadership and guidance to 4-H Youth development program by developing and conducting Extension educational programs for adults and youth to include 4-H members and leaders, special interest groups, and the public throughout the county in the areas of family and consumer sciences.
- Work closely with the County 4-H Agricultural Agent to develop, promote and deliver 4-H programming.
- Collaborate with youth serving community organizations and agencies to help further Extension Family & Consumer Science programs.
- Support annual County Fair efforts.
- Recruit, train and support volunteer adult and youth leaders.
- Team with other Extension Agents in the county
