Position - Maintenance Executive
Location - Surat
(Adaptable to work on weekend & Public holiday)
- Responsible for complete building and facility maintenance.
- Prior experience in building maintenance is preferred.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, civil, and carpentry repairs.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all utilities including AC, lighting, and power backup.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of gaming equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Ensure safety compliance and immediate hazard resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and monitor AMC services.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
