INSPECTOR / SURVEYOR – SITE SUPERVISION

Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Project Duration: 24 Months
Project: Installation of Gas, Flame, Heat & Multisensor Detection System at 18
GGS

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for TPI, site supervision, inspection, QA/QC, documentation and
certification activities for the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
Review ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP and quality documentation.
Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against approved
drawings/specifications.
Monitor welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating and related activities.
Inspect Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural works;
Mechanical/Piping as required.
Witness FAT/SAT, testing and calibration activities.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality/site records.
Monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
Track and close NCRs, punch points and support commissioning.




Verify as-built drawings and site measurements.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Engineering Degree with 5+ years relevant experience, OR
Engineering Diploma with 10+ years relevant experience.
Experience in TPI / QA-QC and onshore Oil & Gas projects.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

CSWIP | PCN | NACE/CIP Level II | IWS/IWT/IWE | WRI | ICorr Level 2

Key Disciplines: Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural;
Mechanical/Piping as required.
