Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & prospecting
- Client outreach & relationship building (UK & US accounting firms)
- CRM management & pipeline development
- Market research & identifying business opportunities
- Coordination with internal teams
- Strong written & verbal communication skills

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-5 years (preferred)
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Finance preferred)
- Basic understanding of B2B services (accounting knowledge is a plus)

Daily KPI Expectations:
- 30-50 new leads
- 30 messages sent
- 10 follow-ups
- 2-5 responses drafted
