Job Overview:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients across global markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Nurture leads through strategic outreach and targeted communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gain competitive insights.
- Develop and implement effective sales approaches based on past learnings.
- Understand client needs, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
- Ensure seamless lead management by accurately updating all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of work experience,
preferably in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- High level of business acumen, professionalism, and integrity.
