Job Title: Manager - Marketing, (New Business)

Department/Function: Administration & Security
- This role will own the brand narrative, drive integrated campaigns, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver market growth, customer engagement, and category leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
Major Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and execute an integrated, multi-market marketing strategy for India & UK, aligned with global brand positioning.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring a premium,



science-led positioning.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across categories, consumer segments, and distribution channels.
Digital Ecosystem Leadership
- Lead end-to-end digital strategy: performance marketing, D2C growth, marketplace optimization, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer programs, and CRM.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize spend, improve customer acquisition cost, and maximize lifetime value.
- Oversee creation of digital-first, platform-native content that drives engagement and conversions.

Retail & Pharmacy Marketing
- Design and execute in-store marketing strategies for up-to-date trade, general trade, and pharmacy networks.
- Oversee POSM design, product displays, sampling programs, and visual merchandising to enhance brand visibility. Build trade marketing calendars and collaborate with retail partners for co-branded activations and promotions.
