We are seeking a Visual Brand Strategist to own our media presence, elevate our corporate identity, and turn video content into a powerful tool for business growth.

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Media Production: Direct, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content (LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) that showcases our expertise and office culture.
- Visual Identity & Strategy: Maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic, tone, and brand style across all digital video channels.
- AI-Enhanced Production: Intelligently integrate top-tier AI tools (ChatGPT for prompt scripting, Midjourney/Canva AI for assets, or specialized video AI) to maximize output efficiency while retaining absolute human quality control.
- Inbound Market Distribution: Optimize video titles, hooks,



and descriptions tailored to B2B platforms (like LinkedIn) to actively attract corporate clients and job applicants.
- Performance Analysis: Partner directly with Management to measure viewer analytics, watch times, and conversion data, pivoting strategies to optimize performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ Years of Proven Experience: A standout portfolio or showreel demonstrating your capabilities in videography, corporate storytelling, or multimedia production.
- Production Confidence: Complete comfort behind the camera (handling basic lighting, framing, and high-quality audio setup) and directing team members on-camera.
- Advanced Technical Editing: High proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects, alongside design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
