The Road Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of road construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute road construction works including earthwork, GSB, WMM/WBM, DBM, BC, and asphalt paving:
- Interpret GFC drawings, alignment drawings, cross-sections, and profiles:
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, plant, and subcontractor teams
- Ensure work execution as per MoRTH, IRC, and project specifications:
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR):
- Check and certify measurements, quantities, and MB (Measurement Book):
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards:
- Coordinate with consultants and client engineers for inspections and approvals
- Track material consumption and manage site resources efficiently
- Support billing engineers with quantity verification and RA bills

Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods & materials:




- Familiarity with MoRTH, IRC, IS Codes:
- Experience in bituminous works, paving operations, and QA testing:
- Understanding of survey instruments and setting out works:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic project documentation

Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in road/highway projects

Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)
- Experience in NH/SH/PMGSY/Urban Road projects:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
