Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of GST Calculation and Filing
- GSTR 2A matching and reconciliation
- TDS Calculations and Filing
- Proper Knowledge of TDS Sections and their Limits
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
- PF and ESI filings, in consultation with our consultant
- Stock reconciliation, bundling, audit
- Preparing monthly CC account reports including stock and receivables/payables
- Salary processing and attendance tracking
- Knowledge of Zoho Books and related software will be preferred
- Preparing financial analyses and reports
- Preparing and monitoring budgets
- Ledger Scrutiny and reconciliation




- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Annual audit preparations
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
- Ability to use our custom in-house ERP software, and assist our development team in automating day-to-day repetitive accounting tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum four years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and stress management skills
