We are looking for passionate and confident interns to join our Business Development team and work directly with real customers and business operations.

Position Business Development Intern (Paid)Internship Details
- Full-Time Internship
- Work From Office
- Location: Noida
- Duration: 3-6 Months
- Stipend + Performance Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming hot leads generated from website & marketing campaigns
- Explain ChallanSathi’s services and process to potential customers
- Convert leads into successful onboardings
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer processing
- Follow up with customers through calls & WhatsApp




- Maintain lead records and customer updates
- Support day-to-day business development activities

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Confident and customer-friendly personality
- Robust convincing and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking on calls and WhatsApp chats
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel
