Role &Responsibilities;:
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements effectively for financial projects.- Familiarity with financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and treasury operations.
- Understand and consider financial regulations in requirements gathering.
- Utilize excellent analytical skills to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.




- Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
- Work within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.

Skills expectation:
- Requirements Management: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements effectively.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of core financial concepts, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
