Role Purpose
The Head of Health Management will provide strategic medical and health leadership across the organization, ensuring that employee health, occupational medicine, wellness, and emergency medical preparedness are fully integrated into the company’s EHS governance and Zero Harm culture.
This role requires a senior medical skilled with deep industry exposure, capable of transitioning medical expertise into organizational strategy, governance, and leadership influence at corporate and site levels.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- MBBS with Post‑Graduate qualification in one or more of the following:
- Occupational Health / Industrial Medicine
- Community Medicine / Preventive & Social Medicine
- Public Health (MPH)
- Valid medical registration with relevant medical council.
- Associate fellow in industrial hygiene.
- Additional certifications in Occupational Health, emergency medicine, or health systems will be an advantage.
Experience Profile
- 20-25 years of total professional experience, with:
- At least 12-15 years in Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, or heavy Industry:
- Minimum 8-10 years in a corporate / regional leadership role as Head of Health Management / Corporate Medical Head
- Proven experience supporting:
- Multiple factories, project sites, and offices
- Contract workforce health management
- Leadership interactions with Business Heads, CEO/ MD
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Health Management Leadership
- Define and implement the Corporate Health Management Strategy aligned with EHS objectives, legal requirements, and business priorities.
- Establish health as a core enabler of Zero Harm and business continuity, not merely a compliance function.
- Translate medical strategy into scalable programs across factories, project sites, and offices.
2. Occupational & Preventive Health Governance
- Lead programs for:
- Occupational disease prevention
- Health surveillance and med
