Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRF/VRV systems, and refrigeration units
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems across the resort
- Troubleshoot electrical, cooling, compressor, thermostat, and gas leakage issues
- Monitor AC performance in guest rooms and common areas to ensure smooth operation
- Handle refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak testing, and gas refilling
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and management teams for maintenance schedules
- Supervise junior technicians and helpers during maintenance and repair work
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and service records
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of equipment/tools
- Attend emergency breakdowns and technical issues promptly
