Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can drive end-to-end talent acquisition and build a solid talent pipeline to support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management & onboarding support.

Handle hiring across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality closures.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment




- Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and hiring tools

Good to Have:
- Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Retail, or related industries
- Exposure to bulk hiring, niche hiring & campus recruitment
