Morfy is a fast-growing brand focused on unique 3D printed products, desk setups, gadgets, and ecommerce innovation. We handle everything from product creation to shipping in-house and are looking for someone who can manage operations smartly and help us scale faster.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly active and responsible person who can handle day-to-day ecommerce operations including Shopify management, order processing, shipping, packing coordination, inventory handling, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify orders and backend operations
- Handle shipping workflow, packing, dispatch & tracking
- Coordinate with courier/shipping partners
- Maintain inventory and stock updates
- Manage product listings and basic store updates
- Improve operational systems and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with production/3D printing team
- Handle customer order issues and replacements
- Help in scaling operations with better processes and strategies

Preferred Skills
- Shopify knowledge




- Ecommerce operations experience
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in gadgets, tech, or 3D printing
- Ability to work fast in a startup environment

Bonus If You Have
- Experience with 3D printers
- Knowledge of Shiprocket or shipping platforms
- Packaging/product handling experience
- Process automation ideas
- Startup or ecommerce brand experience
