We are currently seeking a Delivery Lead - Banking Applications (Core Banking Lending) to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-vendor, onshore/offshore teams and manage delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Establish and run delivery governance: status reporting, RAID, steering committee decks, KPIs/SLAs, and release readiness
- Drive requirements-to-release execution with business, product, architecture, QA, and operations teams; ensure traceability and sign-offs
- Oversee SDLC/Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, dependency management, and release orchestration
- Ensure compliance with banking standards: security, audit, SOX/PCI (as applicable), data privacy, change management controls
- Partner with production support teams to ensure stable operations, root cause analysis,



and continuous improvement (problem management)
- Manage commercial aspects: estimation, resourcing, utilization, vendor performance, and financial tracking
- Coach delivery managers, leads, and teams; build a strong delivery culture focused on predictability and customer outcomes

Required Experience Skills
- 18+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in delivery/program management for BFSI programs
- Proven track record delivering large, complex programs with multiple integrations (channels, CRM, data, payments, risk, finance)
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns: APIs, ESB, middleware, event streaming, batch processing
- Hands-on experience with delivery governance, metrics, and stakeholder management at senior levels (CIO/CTO/COO, business heads)
- Expertise in Agile delivery and working knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD and test automation practices
