Role Vision

We are looking for an HR Head who can build a highly disciplined, compliant, and employee-focused factory workplace while supporting business growth through strong workforce management and operational HR leadership.

This role is expected to strengthen factory culture, improve workforce efficiency, ensure statutory compliance, and create smooth coordination between management and shop-floor teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete factory HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
- Manage labour workforce, contractors, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Factories Act,



labour laws, and statutory requirements
- Oversee factory administration including security, housekeeping, canteen, and transport
- Coordinate with labour departments, government authorities, and legal consultants when required
- Drive employee engagement, discipline, and positive workplace culture
- 5-10 years of HR experience with minimum 3 years in factory/manufacturing setup (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, PF, ESIC, and factory HR practices
- Experience handling blue-collar and contract workforce
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
