Logistics Executive

Department: Logistics / Supply Chain

Location: Vasai, Mumbai.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor shipment schedules and follow up with transporters, courier partners, and distributors.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR copies, and other logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for smooth order processing and inventory movement.
- Track inward and outward stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper packaging, handling, and storage of products during transit and dispatch.
- Resolve logistics-related issues including shipment delays, shortages, and delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and dispatch reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor transportation costs and support process improvements for operational efficiency.




- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external logistics partners.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or pharmaceutical distribution.

Preferred Industry Experience
- Pharmaceutical Distribution
- Healthcare

Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Positive Distribution Practices (GDP) is preferred.
- Experience in handling batch-wise inven
